Do you remember making snowflakes as a child? I haven’t made snowflakes in years, but I loved making them as a child. I used to cut with my little safety scissors for hours – It was so much fun. Yep, I was easily amused.
But what’s not to love about paper snowflakes? It’s an inexpensive, fun craft that’s festive and pretty. There are tons of different designs – there is no right or wrong – and everyone can do it.
Here’s a simple design I chose for creating these magical and pretty snowflakes in just minutes. All you need is paper, scissors, glue or tape.
1. Fold a piece of paper like an accordion. Any size paper is fine.
2. Fold it again in half.
3. Cut out little shapes and designs.
4. Unfold the paper and repeat with the second half.
5. Tape or glue both halves together.
You can make them as large or small as you want.Hang them, make a garland, add them to gift wrapping or use them as decor in bowls, baskets, etc.
