What can I say about the circus? Who doesn’t love The Greatest Show on Earth?
Thanks to a few complimentary tickets from Bridgestone Arena we were able to attend the 7 p.m. show in Nashville.
Bridgestone Arena is a great venue for the show, which was high energy and full of action. From motorcyclists to high acrobats, to silly clowns, this show has it all. The performers are really skilled and always exceed expectations. The trapeze artists are some of the best in the world.
While I had a great time watching the HUMAN performers, I was saddened to see the elephants, big cats, and other animals out there. I always feel sad seeing animals in an unnatural habitat. In my opinion, the show doesn’t need animals performing in order to make it “The Greatest Show on Earth.”
Get to the show early and walk around the floor to hang with the performers. Plenty of picture opportunities and the clowns make everything fun.
Be prepared to shell out a lot of money on popcorn, cotton candy and glow toys.
Parking in the parking lot on Demonbreun and 8th was only $5.
Tickets are still available for the Saturday and Sunday show.
*Thank you Bridgestone Arena for hooking us up with great tickets.
