Maybe you don’t know it yet but I am a huge fan of Thrift Stores. Nashville has some great ones and I always look forward to their 50% off days. Shopping second hand means a lot to me. It saves me a ton of money and I can take refuge in the fact that shopping second hand is a sustainable practice.
I did some back-to-school shopping today for my little guy and left with a bag full of goodies for a grand total of $7.49. At almost 10, my son is all about comfort when it comes to clothes. He doesn’t care about the brand or price, or what store it came from; to him it’s only comfort that matters. Oh, and it can’t be pink!
Here’s what I found for him today:
Tony Hawk & Chaps shirts for $1.75 each.
Arizona Jeans $1.75
Brand new Tony Hawk jacket. Original Kohl’s price tag ($48) is still attached.
