Whipped Coconut Cream

I love coconut! I love it in my food, drinks, beauty products, sunscreen, candles, etc. Here’s my latest coconut obsession: Whipped Coconut Cream. It’s fluffy,  creamy, and sweet . I use it on fruit, shakes, waffles… you name it.

Coconut cream tastes like whipped cream but it’s completely dairy free.

Start with a can of full fat coconut milk  that has been refrigerated overnight. This is essential.

The fat will rise to the top of the can and the coconut milk will be at the bottom. Scoop out the cream and save the milk to add to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt…

Whip up the cream. You can add sweetener or even vanilla extract.

I love the tropical flavor of this cream. It’s so good with my Cocoa Banana drink.

Have you tried whipped coconut cream yet?
